Arrived late from Malta due to flight delay. Arrived in hotel and barman went home. Night auditor wouldn?t serve us drinks. Safe didn?t work and only 4 hangers supplied for a week?s stay. Reported to reception next morning. Returned that night, were told everything was sorted. Safe still didn?t work and the room hadn?t been made up! Nothing was done that evening, same night auditor that wouldn?t serve us the night before. Next morning spoke to manager and was informed the safes couldn?t be repaired but had to be replaced. Why hadn?t they already been replaced? On last day the only lift broke down, so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs.

Helen is a lovely lady and so helpful made me feel at home and she was very welcoming . My opinion she need a to have a pay rise and I mean this genuinely.

Shan was amazing!!! The only thing that matters in the hotel is Shan!!! I give her 10/10 and she deserves a raise with the pure detail and dedication she shows towards a job not many put effort into!!! The hotels good too of course.

Fantastic hotel! Yuen, our waitress, was so helpful an lovely -thank you! The chef went the extra mile due to my wife?s allergies and the lady on reception was also great.

We had dinner here as a big group of 25 people, and Shan handled everything beautiful. She was attentive, friendly, and impressively organized. It's not easy to serve a large group, but she nailed it. Also David, Yuen, Kyca, Adriel, Dan Sand helped us a lot, always smiling, thanks a lot!
