Orders are always incorrect, items missing or food wrong. Staff are rude and not very helpful, toilets are always a mess with no hand soap and very rare have any toilet roll.

Awful. Touching the food with hands when they prepare the bags. Delivery drivers are waiting 20-30 minutes for orders. How they are going to be able to do more than 1 delivery per hour? Because of your delays they are working for 3-4 pound/h! Get a good manager because you are the slowest McDonalds in the town!

burger was chucked in the box, fries were stone cold and like raw, milkshake machine broken.it went in the bin, wouldnt feed it to my dog or recomend this location at all, lucky to get one star from me

This one never ever made a good strawberry milkshake. It just does not have enough strawberry flavour every single time like it's almost just like a normal milkshake, so I don't order from here anymore.

Even though the food was edible the facilities were totally disgusting. First of all pulled up, being a blue badge holder I couldn?t park in the disabled not because they were full with cars but delivery trollers, I mean come on wtf? Secondly, the toilets were disgusting. Enough staff milling around behind the counter, one of you could at least attend to the toilets.

Those kids from there are useless every time i went the drive thru every time was missing food nuggets from happy meal, i paid for triple cheseburger they gave me double cheseburger. Kids if you dont want to work do not mess arround with peoples food. Shame on you mcdonalds for not training staff accordennly with your prestigious name. I will avoid mcdonalds every time i can.

Regular issues with this McDonald?s sadly, orders often wrong both in the restaurant and when ordering for delivery or at the drive through. How difficult can it be to put sauces in the bag or the right number of fries ordered? Customer service regularly poor. Today was an absolute farce. Restaurant empty at 5am ish, ordered on the self serve machine, paid, only to be told the menu had just changed to breakfast and they were not prepared to fulfil the order. On duty manager unable to take responsibility, happy to blame the ?system?. Why she couldn?t have asked her staff to be aware of customers ordering at the self service kiosks to make them aware of the change over is beyond me. She was just argumentative and clearly out of her depth. Definitely not my favourite McDonald?s!

This place used to be OK the last 4 or 5 months it has been terrible takes for ever to get your food driving through and when you eventually get it it's stone cold or they park you up to wait even longer only 4 cars in front of me and a long wait and stone cold food disgusting service
