Ordered at 17.17
Food arrived at my table 17:27 but was cold.
Double Cheeseburger was a mess inside the wrapping, most of the cheese wasn't on the burger.
Disappointing as usual but I guess you get what you pay for.

Ordered food at the machine put order in at 10.40am, requested table service. Noticed when we sat down there was a few others waiting for their food to come to their table. Finally after 15 mins wait the food arrived. No cutlery for the pancakes and no syrup, sorry but if you haven't got the items then don't put them up. Worst service ever and I've worked at McDonald's so know what's involved. Hardly any staff. Sorry you need to sort it out. Won't be coming back and will tell all friends and family not to bother.

Very busy as it was between Christmas and New Year. However, as it's now a bigger dining area we were lucky enough to find a table. Service was quite quick and tables tidied & cleared up straight after customers left.

Worst McDonald's in Telford. My parents ordered 3× £5 meal deals and they were waiting over half an hour to receive their order, they were asking staff members and they just got the same response from all of them "I'll go and take a look" but nothing happened. When their order eventually came, the fries were cold, drinks were flat and one of the cheeseburger buns was stale. I placed an order and just ordered a double cheeseburger and that also took over half an hour to arrive at my table. 30 minutes just for a double cheeseburger is shocking. Yet all the Just Eat and Uber Eats orders were going in and out as quick as a flash. An utterly shocking McDonald's.

I don?t usually complain, however this Must be the slowest ?fast food? Restaurant I?ve ever been to! Went at 8:25am whilst taking my daughter to work, Drive thro closed so we went inside.
5 people waiting on food but still never got my daughters McMuffin/Diet Coke until 8:50.
Add to this no explanation or interaction whatsoever from the staff (in fact, there was nobody front of house until food needed bringing out) and you?ll understand my frustration.
My opinion (not that it matters)? Better training from Management required.

New system that mcdonalds rolled out is terrible no staff to handle your enquiries. Unsure if mcdonalds is classed as a resturant or a fast food chain, because fast food is something you dont get.

Met my friend here for breakfast on 22/12/24 and whilst the food was as good as a mackies breakfast should be, the customer service was abysmal. The girl who bought our food to the table was that miserable that I can only think she hates working there and would rather have been doing something else. She neither spoke or smiled and walked around the restaurant like she couldn't care less. She wants to be greatful she has a job, and would recommend she has training in customer service

Literally next in que to learn they do Till updates can't order for 30 mins+ at 1230, and pull their face when you want to get out of the que they have falsely put you in

went through the drive thru and half the menu was not available. when we received our food and drinks, we received cold chips, extra crumbs and pieces from other orders in the bottom of the bag and they had given us a banana milkshake instead of the strawberry which was ordered.

I ordered not a lot of food for the 5 of us but the machine was buggy, ordered a hot drink that never came, a bottle of water never came Big Mac was brought out a while after we had our other food I expected more from McDonald?s and I came all the way from market Drayton really upset
