Polite staff, but extremely slow service. Four people were behind the counter, yet they took over 30 minutes for a simple task. I felt my time was not respected. Very disappointing experience ? they seriously need to improve efficiency. even they didnt check reviews

Horrendous experience!!!
The two women in the Telford town centre bank were so unhelpful one had glasses with blonde hair and the other is in the photo. They were rude uncaring and totally unhelpful
I will be thinking of moving my bank shortly due to this experience.
I was trying to pay in a chèque for over £100,000 and had to walk out with it not being paid in!!!!!! She also follows her eyes at the man who was in front of me in the queue as he was too talkative.-terrible service!

Appalling experience: I went into the bank to change an account address which had been taken incorrectly by Lloyds from the supplied proof of address documents. The first Lloyds lady I spoke to immediately started arguing with me and telling me it was somehow my fault, without trying to help. At my request she then referred me to a gentleman who was unfriendly but at least assisted with the problem. An unpleasant and bizarre experience.

Absolute nightmare here. Only 1 desk open with the rudest lady for the past 2 times I?ve visited and massive queues. Needs sorting out!

Very not friendly stuff. Lady at the entrance said she won?t let me open an account at bank because I can open this on website. The way she talks it?s not very friendly, and what?s the point of bank if I can?t even open account directly there? What they are for then? Awful experience, other banks opened account without problem.

Telford branch . Queued to pay a bill to be told only cash at the desk. The man told me to sit and wait then its him who comes over to take the payment, reading out my details for everyone to hear. Not a good service. Next time I will fet xash from cashpoint and use the desk. What is the point of doing this, I don't want to do internet banking and will not be forced into it do

This bank should be closed Down Iam taking my story to the news papers!! Asking for a replacement card for my business account for months they pushed me into a really bad situation long term disgrace of a bank !!! Don?t touch or trust them with a single penny!

They are always helpful staff but don't like new idea where you can only pay accounts with cash and any bills being paid is done by member of staff with a tablet seems banks are moving away even further from face to face

Lady named Skye wouldn?t let me in at 16:55 to make a deposit, i have told her it is important and i need to do this today and i was still refused.Thats what i mean looking after customers?.

Customer service poor
