Polite staff, but extremely slow service. Four people were behind the counter, yet they took over 30 minutes for a simple task. I felt my time was not respected. Very disappointing experience — they seriously need to improve efficiency. even they didnt check reviews

Horrendous experience!!! The two women in the Telford town centre bank were so unhelpful one had glasses with blonde hair and the other is in the photo. They were rude uncaring and totally unhelpful I will be thinking of moving my bank shortly due to this experience. I was trying to pay in a chèque for over £100,000... read full comment
