Staff could do with smiling doesn't hurt anyone to smile for a customer ordered through uber as always we live 5 mins away and takes 2 hours to get here disgusting for fast food

Don?t waste your time and effort ordering from here order from a different branch as no on answers the phone you wait over an hour for food to be prepared and when it is done it?s cold. If the manager reads this I would seriously consider employing some staff that is capable of doing the job because you?re going to start losing money. Gave it my last a final chance and won?t be bothering again.

This place needs a lot of improvement. There appears to be no leadership or good communication of any kind. The restaurant will be empty and it'll take them 30 minutes to complete 1 order. The workers seem to be working at a very slow pace with no motivation at all. Ive seen much faster service in other kfc locations. We ordered some food today and they had no chicken fillets ready (how can a food place be so unprepared?), they had no more lipton ice tea, they had no more coffee, we received corn that was 1 day past the best before/use by (it was watery and flavourless), and one of us received a gross and rubbery chicken fillet. The self serve kiosks never have receipt paper, the floor is always greasy and sometimes slippery, I wouldnt want to know what the toilet looks like. This place needs to be improved asap.
The only positives i have is that the food is always warm and the workers arent rude. Please fix this soon as i am quite disappointed (along with other people from what i can see from the reviews).

Do you like the Walking Dead and Fried Chicken then this is the place for you. After ordering your food you can watch the staff pace around aimlessly without any communication for half an hour until your food eventually arrives. If your visiting in the week I suggest taking half a day off work to be on the safe side

Very slow service got the order wrong then when I went to get the food the didn?t put in they made me wait so the rest of my food was cold would advise going elsewhere

Visited on 12-10-24 the food was very greasy outside over cooked inside under cooked , the restaurant floor was dirty , the tables had food bits left on them and to say it was virtually empty nobody was cleaning but stood behind the counter chatting , very disappointing indeed
