Lack of knowledge about our Honda car meant service work not carried out in full, technician and service receptionist said my car didnt need a software update, but my cars display still says otherwise. Honda UK don't seem to care that what looks from the showroom front is a Hyundai dealership are doing safety recalls and servicing Honda cars, and apparently don't know how to update a cars software

Firstly Jane is wonderful.
Booked car in for service, and they didn't order the parts in to do the job.
When booking in I told them that it would need rear pads, discs and calipers... again these weren't ordered in. (Weeks notice should be more than enough time to have parts with them.)
Called.me back to tell me they couldn't complete the jobs as the parts weren't there, and the earliest they can get me in would be a week later!!!
Picked up the car and the service book hadn't been stamped.
As the car wasn't properly valeted ive been told I can take it back for a valet, but I doubt I will take them up on the offer.

Service MOT sorted very friendly and helpful staff. Broken arm meant I couldn't drive, no problem as they arranged to pick up and return my car for a small charge. Kept me informed at all time. Have used JT Hughes Telford for many years just a shame they no longer sell Honda.

Service was carried out and was fine. However when the car was handed over I mentioned that the rear upper brake light was not working and could it be attended to please. On collecting the vehicle I was somewhat disappointed to find this hadn?t been done; only mentioned on the car health check as an advisory issue which I was aware of anyway!

recently took my wife's car for a service and warranty work at hyundia shrewsbury. excellent service from start to finish even sent my wife a video showing the service and explaining what was done and what to keep an eye on will definitely be going back
