Very disappointed ,visiting the store this afternoon ,was told by a gentleman you except blue light on line but the pair of trainers we had chosen were last pair ,he said he will honour the 10percent ,he handed the trainers over to his colleague at the till and she said no to 10percent and the blue light card ,we said the gentleman has said we could so she went to find him ,he came back when we challenged him and was smiling saying no no it?s only on line I said to him surely you wouldn?t want to loose £150 sale to on line for sake of 15 but adamant we went and did it on line.i work in retail myself and never loose a sale !!and certainly don?t encourage them to go home and order on line very disappointed in the attitude we then went round the corner to foot locker and had really good service same trainers with the discount will not be using the Telford store again
