Wasn't informed the drying brush wasn't working. My car looked an absolute state on the windscreen/bonnet with watermarks but I didn't realise until I got home. Won't be using again

Just wow. My car was a state and I had loads of kit that I moved to the boot so they didn?t have to mess around with it. They quoted me £35 for ?mini valet? not including my boot, and they had a really good go at the stains on my front seat. And cleaned my boot! It looks amazing. A good 8 months of grime gone. The guy even said if I came back and gave them an hour and a half, they?d work on my seats again for no extra charge, to allow for drying time of my seats. Stellar, polite service. What legends. Thank you ??

Very expensive car rinse....
Went today for a car wash, tbh not been here for quite a while as usually go to hand wash up the road but I drove past the other day and drivers were bumper to bumper so I thought I'd go here next time I'm this way. I had the HD ultra for £14.
I watched the young chap who was squirting the pre-wash on other cars in front of me use about a cupful of chemicals on each side of the cars - barely anything on the wheels. Then followed the jet wash - or more a jet - moist. Barely enough water to wash a door panel let alone the whole car - and the scarcest amount of water on their wheels. I though maybe the machine has been upgraded and there was a super wheel cleaning gizmo installed.
My turn... same squirts, no pre-brush.
Went into the machine, no foam and the dryer didnt work and no wheel cleaning gizmo either.
I got home and the wheels are filthy. I definitely wont use this place again. If I could give a zero star i would :(

Paid for a £14 wash which was good but the top roller in the drying part was not working (been like that for some time now) so had to dry it off myself when I got home

This is a great car wash. I have been using it consistently for years with a number of different cars. I always look forward to visiting; the staff are nice, courteous and friendly. I bulk buy the car washes, which you can do, which then makes it become excellent value. Great location too!

I just went threw the car wash. Payment was taken as normal. No body inform me before one of drying brush doesn't work. Car wasn't wiped by the main brush and was wet. When I asked about discount or wiping the seid for extra cash wiping ...

Never open. Tried both on a Saturday at 08:15 and a Sunday at 17:30. Saturday, it was just closed with nobody there, and on Sunday, the attendant told us they were closed, but he was there within working hours.

The service there has been poor for a long time. I avoid this place unless I have no other choice. I wish IMO found a new franchisee to run this place, as it is so conveniently placed. Most other IMO places I have visited (I travel a lot) are miles better than this one

Took my new car to this car wash today and paid for the ceramic XTR wash and I must say very impressed with the results. Thank you IMO
