Love this department store, copious amounts of designer clothes/shoes/bags and so much more?Array of perfumes/aftershaves to keep you smelling divine or as a gift for someone special.The Dior staff are delightful and very attentive to your needs.A big thank you to the young lady who helped me find a perfume containing no alcohol, helped with sensitive skin.Slight niggle, can House of Fraser bring back Vivienne Westwood into the store!Happy Shopping.

I want to give no stars. Absolutely appaulling treatment of the young adult I support who has autism. All staff need educating about disability!They were looking around the store as they are more than capable of having independence to do so. I am never far away. They stim when they are excited and had brought 2 toys from the previous store which they were holding as they like to do. Staff didn't even try to approach and speak to them like an actual human. They then treated him like a criminal and accused him of stealing by surrounding him, there were at least 3 of them, causing lots of anxiety. They could of said to him "hello, do you have the receipt for those" at which they could of responded "Yes, I do" and of shown it. Disgusting presumptions made! Why should they not be able to look around a store. Talk to them like they are a human being. I am looking to take this further.

Not quite the same quality and service as house of frazers, since it's revamp it doesn't look like a flagship department , more like an overpriced outlet, bad move putting sports direct amongst the other brands some what cheapens the brand, dreary store and moody staff

The first floor has been turned into Sports Direct so all of House of Fraser is on the ground floor, very limited selection. There are only 3 tills so we had to queue for 30mins to pay. They don?t offer refunds, only exchanges, terrible store and won?t go back.

Absolutely abysmal shop. Stood in thee Estee Lauder department 10 minutes before anybody came to me, then they hadn't got a clue where anything was. Ended up buying the wrong thing. Took it back and the girl said I'd have to go to the main tills, when we eventually found the tills we stood in a queue for another ten minutes to be asked why we didn't pay at the estee counter, then they had to wait for a supervisor to do the exchange. Was given a credit note for £8. Nothing in the shop worth that so ended up spending more money and standing in yet another queue for another ten minutes, diabolical!

Great items.Poor staff.40 mins to exchange an item. 4 people behind the till serving 1 person in front. They kept radioing for " Nick" who never turned up to help . Eventually I worked out the shop. Probably never go back.FRASERS- train your staff.

Good selection of men?s clothes but towards the back wall where the tills are it?s extremely dark. The Barbour section and hilfiger section I was literally struggling to be able to see the clothes on show. Loads of lights they?re just not switched on for some reason.
