Good selection of men?s clothes but towards the back wall where the tills are it?s extremely dark. The Barbour section and hilfiger section I was literally struggling to be able to see the clothes on show. Loads of lights they?re just not switched on for some reason.

went to buy perfume x3 bottles permanently watched by security like we was going to pinch then went to walk over to where sign says cash tills to which on man next to perfume said we can't continue shopping until paid for perfume... so our reply put items down and walked out sale lost over £200 well done ? perfume shop or boots will be getting my money from now on !

House of Fraser Cafe is totally dismal. £18.00 for 2 coffees and what turned out to be 2 disgusting paninis. Slow service, tables not cleared. Avoid this annoying experience.

One of the smallest House of Fraser I visited. It did not have what I needed and staff were rude and unhelpful. I arrived early and was one of 3 first customers in the store. I was not greeted by any of staff and instead I could see them grouping together, chatting and laughing as if they were on holiday... I'm afraid, good old days of HoF are gone, standards are much lower than they used to be...

Great shop always very polite staff shame everything is online these days as they do more online then in store of course its normal but their ralph lauren is limited in store compared to online but I prefer to buy in store so you can try before you buy ?

Visited the Lancome perfume and beauty concession. The lady was very helpful and attentive.Her product knowledge was very helpful enabling my wife to get the right products without worrying about making the wrong decision.I thoroughly recommended a visit to Lancome here.

FAR too expensive and a complete waste of a good sized store. The clothes in the clothing section look no better than anywhere else, but the store is happy to charge you 10 times more than other shops!!! I literally saw a PLAIN grey T-Shirt for £25!!! Anyone who shops at House of Fraser obviously likes wasting money LOL.

On entering the store in Telford it was so dark I thought the electric was off. No consultants around the make up counters . I saw a pair of shoes but not my size walked around 3 times trying to find someone who could help me. With Debenhams closing in the centre you would think House of Fraser could be a busy department store. No atmosphere in this store. Choice of ladies clothing was poor. The only good thing I can say is the coffee shop is good very pleasant staff. You missed about a few sales for a Christmas presents because I could not find and staff to help me with the intended purchases.

A number of different brands represented here, but sadly too little choice in any range. My wife came looking for a wedding outfit, but found a very disappointing selection of formal outfits and severely limited selection of sizes. The in store lighting was so gloomy it was difficult to ascertain colours. Possibly the store has been adversely affected by Covid restrictions, but I found it a little depressing. Sorry, but House of Fraser needs to do better.

I only visited the first floor of this shop. My impression that there wasn't much choice unless I wanted to blow my budget on a handbag or pair of shoes. I wasn't tempted to go upstairs to look at the clothing but may do if I visit again.
