My daughter brought some joggers from here and she wanted the next size up so take the joggers up too the till n the woman went n got manger as the label was a little ribbed n I said it was like that when we brought them n she was arguing with me saying they wasnt she was very rude n said to the girl at till just exchange them n slammed them down n walked off won't be going there again with staff like that.

Visited Telford store today, changing rooms hadn't been checked, cleaned let alone hoovered out! Dust & debris all over floor. Trying to keep own clothes clean from dust & debris let alone clothes I was trying on!

Friendly, helpful staff. Beware if making a special journey having checked stock/size availability online. The stock information takes 24 hours to update, apparently. In my case, online said my chosen product was in stock. It wasn't.

A great H&M, the layout is great with a good selection of clothes. Very short wait at the till, lovely, friendly staff.

firstly the lift for disabled people is at the back of the store and the stairs at the front which is ridiculous.Secondly horrible female staff who walked away with my partner waiting to be served to put pants back on the rack. Then her horrible counterpart walked in like its the worst place in the world to work, was rude to my partner had terrible attitude and didn't know her job.Won't be shopping again, not a disabled friendly store and the staff certainly are disabled friendly.Fire both girls.

Not really my kind of shop as I don't shop there but my wife does and based on her recommendation she likes this shop bit pricey but good quality clothing and plenty of choice
