1 star - Terrible experience at HiQ Tyres & Autocare! During my visit on 08/09/2025, they broke a bolt on my car wheel. They made me drive back with an unsafe road legal worthy car . Wasn?t cooperative in fixing the problem. Poor service, unsafe work, and no accountability. Avoid at all costs! If I could rate 0 stars I would!

Fitted 4 tyres on my campervan, all appeared great, excellent customer service. Returned to them as had severe wheels wobble and vibration, they balanced the wheels again. Drove the vehicle again, still had wobble issues. Returned to them, they said they would not balance the wheels again as must be a tyre issue. Contacted the tyre supplier who referred me to another garage who shown me how out of balance the wheels were (75 gram on one wheel!)
Issue resolved by the other garage with no more wobble issues.
The 2 stars are purely for their apparent great customer service, albeit their clear lack of care when balancing wheels after tyre fitment.

Used Hi Q for the first time today. The guy on reception was friendly and the other; Kieran, was very helpful in explaining and showing me the issue with my tyre. He even made sure I was happy with the pressures before leaving. Reasonable price and drove away with peace of mind. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.
