Awful service, walked in asking for suggestions for an all inclusive holiday that was wheelchair accessible and all they did was throw some brochures at us when there was 4 assistance in the store and none of them bothered to look up any holidays. If your a first time traveller then don't bother.

Went in for some info on holidays next year seemed like they couldn't be bothered helping us for first time flyers not been abroad before theres the price and thats about it , no question asked no real customer service , went to tui exceptional staff and so helpful booking next week with them
