Would've been 5 stars, however , just picked up a brand new bike, was told the front brake was sticking due to the handlebars being twisted (to allow easier car loading) Had to sort this out myself at home as I found the brake block was rubbing against the tyre , the sticking on was it becoming wedged in place. Otherwise had no problems. Luckily the bike won't be presented to my daughter for her birthday how it was presented to me today.

Thanks to Dave, Annie and other staff in the store whose names I don't know, for being so helpful, polite and friendly today when I had my headlight bulbs and wipers change. I hope your employer/manager appreciates how good you guys are.

Needed 2 batteries for my car key remote. Not a problem for the fantastic staff at Halfords Telford, even fitted them for me. Great customer service.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Ollie, ever since I started my detailing business he has been the first to help with sorting a trade card and recommending products. I am seen in this shop almost daily and that's because it never lets me down!

What great customer service this Halfords store offers. I had a chipped windscreen and they sorted it out in 30 minutes. Particular shout out to Chris, who organised it. He's a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. Also, Richard, who repaired the screen. You don't get service, knowledge or interaction like this on the internet. Halfords have got this right. I'll certainly be making my purchases via this store in the future as opposed to just ordering on the internet.

NOT JUST USELESS BUT ALSO RUDE I booked the tyre balancing service last night for 11.30 this morning. I turn up and the guy at the counter tells me there was a system error and that they didn't have the booking on their system and to rebook another slot. I then went onto their website and tried to rebook for today. It came up with a new slot at 11.30 today. I booked and paid for the slot and then went back into the shop. As soon as I got in the rather rude person at the counter tells me they have no space even though there was clearly a space online and whilst I was still in the shop cancelled my booking!!! This is not the first time I have had issues at halfords aswell. Two weeks ago I booked for a new set of tyres and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that they ordered the wrong size tyres and to come back another day. I came back and recieved the new tires however clearly they didn't balance the new set of tyres (as stated on their website) otherwise I wouldn't have had to get them redone today. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

I had an exceptional good experience today at my local Telford branch. The two staff members that I dealt with Ruby & Barry were a credit to the store, both polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with a faulty leisure caravan battery. I was very impressed with the experience encountered in dealing with both of them.Many thanks

I went last night to buy and put on the headlight of my car, I paid and the man at the desk told him that I would be the next one, I went back to my car and waited I saw that the guy who had to put it on moved to another car and then to another so I went to tell him that at the desk they told me that I would be next, he replied that whatever they tell me, in front of me he passed to another car, this one in particular was going to take longer because he couldn't work on it, I went back to the desk and I explained to the woman what was happening, I asked for my refund because I felt insulted, in total I waited 37 minutes for nothing.

Staff were polite but the queue was very long and my receipt wholly inadequate for VAT purposes. All together, Halfords is A SHADOW of its former self, going back to the 'seventies but it was a weekend and I was desperate for immediate supply of a fast battery charger and Halfords in Telford happened to have one in stock.I am now obliged to use my printer to print out a THREE PAGE receipt for this single item. It's time Halfords employed grown-ups in what might loosely be called its systems administration.
