Stayed here in Room 4 one night B&B. I strongly challenge their definition of ?luxurious?. Breakfast was excellent, beautifully cooked and presented, staff were all lovely and professional. Carparking good and location easy to get to. But the room was rough and tatty; there were pieces of kitchen paper stuffed into the window frame, a piece of sticky tape covering a broken corner of the bathroom mirror, one curtain has a ripped lining, there is no fan which means the bathroom and bedroom get full of damp, the window in the bathroom could not be opened, the bedroom window proved too heavy to open, there is a large window high over the bath which is odd, the jacuzzi bath steps are very slippery even when dry, the handrail is too far over from the step to feel safe getting in and out, the steps are very sharp cornered and it took 3 attempts to finally not keep stubbing my toes on them every time I went into the bathroom. The mattress is old and springy, and the bed is very loud and creaky on one side preventing a decent sleep. The doorframe where the handle is turned is dirty and has paint chunks missing. A real shame because the place does have some charm but no, I shall definitely not be recommending this place to anyone nor returning, unless the tired, scruffy rooms are refurbished adequately. Definitely not luxurious and absolutely not a four star room.

Went to a wedding as father of the bride.
First the venue was brilliant.
The staff went above and beyond.

Had my wedding here and OMG completely overwhelmed with how fantastic the place the grounds everything and can?t be more then more impressed and how lovely all the staff was definitely Amanda and Tara was and made me feel totally at home.
I 100% recommend any one to get married here ??

Overall we enjoyed our afternoon tea. Just slightly spoilt because the room was next to the main entrance with a wedding reception taking place (loud chatting as people walked to/from the garden and excitable kids running in and out). Not necessarily the fault of the the hotel.

What a shame this is tucked away in the middle of an industrial estate. Lovely hotel, we went here after a cremation and the room we were in was really nice. The food was excellent and staff pleasant. I should imagine it's expensive.

Its a nice place,for 4 stars and way it was described on internet expected more, there was a wedding on which looked amazing but for other guests was very noisy we had to leave at 11pm, didnt stay in room.Was meant to be a birthday treat for girlfriend just came away a bit gutted and dissappointed.
