Went to the store on 10/7/25 looking for a particular watch. They searched online and contacted other stores but to no avail. It was a hard to find special edition watch. However the girls then asked if I had an alternative watch in mind. Again they searched for this watch in the same way. Even did a price match. They found it.
I was extremely impressed with Emily and Sue. Their customer service was second to none, they went above and beyond my expectations and I came away with an even better watch. Emily and Sue sparkled. By far the best diamonds in the store.

I was served by Toni Ann and also Sianey. Although Toni is only 17, she has wonderful customer relation skills. It was a pleasure to talk with her today and she really tried her best for the company ( Samuels, Telford). My hubby and I decided to buy from here as we were made to feel under no obligation to buy, but were given all of the advice needed. Both Toni and Sianey went above and beyond to ensure my product would be what I was after.
