There?s nothing that makes customers feel more valued than stepping through the door, waiting in line - and seeing their order (large Latte) being brewed before they?ve even spoken!! Such is my experience at Oakengates where I visit about 2-3 mornings a week. Tracy (my personal ?brewer? as I see her most often) is such a lovely woman, always cheery no matter how dark, dull and dismal the weather (or my day). Note: there is no room to eat in at this branch but there are 3 benches outside if you don?t like eating on the hoof. A lovely place to go.
