Lovely staff. Working hard to make sure we get what we want. Shame some girl sat there for almost 2 hours having nails done beautifully I might say refusing to pay. Then being so rude to the staff and made her cry. Disgusting behaviour. I would have taken them off again if I'd have done them.Thank you for making my nails look good though.

Had my individual lashes done today and first of all theNew women working on the lash bar did not listen to what I asked for ?then proceeded to glue both my eyes shut multiple times which was actually Quite traumatic and VERY Very Painful as she just forced them open while I was telling her it hurt and she pushed my hand away from my face when I tried to open them myself ?which I only did as she was hurting me and I was starting to panic ?my eyes were stinging as there was glue all over them and streaming obviously my eye is hurting it?s going to stream and she toldMe not to try and wipe them she stood there ?fanning? me with the lash box ?which literally did nothing and same day literally half my lashes have come off in a clump ?I was then charged full price of £25 which is ridiculous considering she?s got glue in my eye and all over my under eye and eye lid AND forced open my glued eyes ?really disappointing as my first time which was the previous time I had been was actually really good the lady who is normally on the bar did an alright job and was very friendly ??????Service: Eyelash extensions

The technician burned my upper eyelid while doing eyebrow wax. Now I sustained a scar. Will never return to that kiosk. 0 stars.

Just had nose, ear and neck wax and a men's eye brow thread in Weston super mare sovereign center, v peaceful and comftable, I will return for v fair prices, v quick and clean, I would have given 5 stars but nobody's perfect bt was v close, lovely ladyService: Eyebrow shaping

Had my eyelashes done here in telford town centre worst experience ever within a day most eye lashes have come off glued one eye together got glue in my other and tried pullin it out with twreezers which also ripped my real eyelaahes out and also caused a bllod spot in my eye wudnt even give them 1 star
