Thanks to mr Patel and the flooring outlet for supplying all carpet and flooring. Great prices and will definitely pass mr Patels number on to my friends and family . He goes above and beyond to help . And not forgetting the two lads that did the work pleasant helpful and very good workers well done Paul and Chris for there great work lads thanks ?

Mr. Patel was very helpful when I was in the shop,gave me very useful advice.Arrangements for fitting of the flooring was made while I still in the store and was done within 3-4 days.Communication was very good,Mr.Patel phoned when the fitters were on their way and also phoned afterwards to make sure all was OK.Fitters Paul and Chris did a good job and were prompt and friendly and tidy in their work.

Really pleased with my stairs and landing carpet .Fitted within a week of ordering .Paul and jake did a brilliant job leaving no mess to tidy up .Excellent service from start to finish .would definitely recommend.

We constantly received excellent customer service from Mr Patel, from the initial enquiry, until the job was completed. We had a flooring that was poorly fitted and bouncing. So we pulled it all up and started again. We had slate tiles around the sink area and floor boards around the rest of the area and was uneven. so the plan was to even everywhere. Wonderful service from start to finish. Regular visits and communication to us, always asking how we think its going was very reassuring. Kasim was a brilliant worker doing a full 8-9hrs without a break all on his own. Even doing a full day's work on a Sunday to get the job done.Thankyou guys.
