Customer service is atrocious, the attitude of one individual that works there was terrible when I returned the incorrect part which I asked him to double check it?s correct before I left, he assured me it?s correct. Upon returning the incorrect part, he was incredibly patronising and rude? I wasn?t happy as I was assured it was the correct part and having to return it was a waste of my time and petrol. In response to my dissatisfaction I got ?I know it?s hot today mate, I don?t wanna be here either? as if that was the issue ????? trust me, I can handle a hot day.. and ?I?ll have a thank you for that? when going out the back to collect the correct part.. then proceeded to slam it down on the desk and sent me on my way, not very professional at all and no people skills whatsoever. This isn?t the first time I?ve had incorrect parts and shocking customer service from Telford Euro car parts, happens all the time. I would recommend Priorslee motor spares to anyone, they know their stuff unlike Euro. I would argue the only reason anyone goes to euro car parts is because it?s convenient- they have a lot of stuff ready to collect on the shelf (just a shame it?s always wrong), and the fact they are open on Saturday & Sunday. Don?t be fooled, if you can wait a day for somewhere like Priorslee motor spares to get your item in, just do it. Don?t waste your time driving back and forwards to euro car parts returning stuff.

I had a really great experience when picking up a battery for my Fiat 500.
The young man, never got his name unfortunately, behind the desk was extremely friendly, polite and very helpful, a credit as the face of the company.

Excellent customer service recently, we needed new wipers for our van and they were not available at Halfords. Advised that main dealer or Europarts may stock them . Thankfully Europarts had them in stock and was £20 cheaper than from main dealer. They allowed us to check they were the correct ones before paying which was exceptional customer service. Very happy customers. Thank you!

Don't bother with paying for next day delivery goods dont show up, wait on hold for 15minutes to be told they dont know where the delivery is to maybe try tomorrow. Shocking experience

Cheap parts but the service is shocking stood waiting for half an hour plus with one person serving other people just wandering round out the back. There are two tills but only ever see one serving it?s painfully slow !

Bought an indicator bulb from the Telford branch for £1.99 I took the old one in with me to show them so they wouldn't get it wrong but when I got home to replace the bulb it was the wrong one so I had to take it back the next day, when I told the lad who sold it to me there was no apology he went to see his manager to see if he could exchange it and was given the go ahead to swap them then instead of a straight swap he wanted to charge me £5.49 for the right indicator bulb so I refused to pay that and just had my money back knowing something wasn't right so I went up the road to Halfords and got two in a box for £4.19 so know I have a spare bulb and £1.30 better off when I got home I looked on eurocarparts website and couldn't find a indicator bulb that expensive to what they tried to sell me, I used to use this place a lot but after that I won't be returning anymore
