The only good thing about my experience with euro car parts was the poor guy on reception. There was a huge queue with only one person serving yet you can see in the office behind multiple people stood about talking when they could have been helping on the front desk. Top marks to the chap serving, very apologetic for the wait but its not his fault, it's the fault of poor management.

Sold me a part with o ring missing so when it was put on it leaked , had to strip fuel pressure regulator back off , lost my receipt so never took it back ,lost a lot of money

Web order. Wiper blades, front and rear. Front were correct, website chose the wrong rear wiper, discovered when coming to fit.Shop didn't quibble, just really helpful, swapped out for the right fitment and refunded the difference.Excellent service

Always a good service here. They usually offer some of the best prices for autoparts and are quick serving customers, so you don't hang about! You can order online too.

There's 1 member of staff that is wasting his talents. He's has a wealth of knowledge.. very impressed... Other than that it's a bit small and slow but has what u need and great opening hours

Very poor service, rang 3 x they put phone down, went to shop, let phone ring, they let it ring, they were talking in back office, it went off, no-one answered.

Was very busy and only 1 member of staff at till taking and collecting orders , other staff I could see were in back to busy joking and laughing to come and help serve the customers?Waited nearly 30 mins just to get some wiper blades .
