Went to Ernest Jones?s Telford to get a white dial Murph, unfortunately there wasn?t one in stock. Had a chat with Simon at the store who informed me they could order one for me to view. I returned today to see the watch which I have now purchased. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the staff and especially Simon.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emma and Shanice at Earnest Jones in Telford.
From the start they were very attentive and helpful. I needed a ring to arrive within a very tight timescale as a comparison to one I had already purchased from them. Between the two ladies the found a solution that worked and delivered on time. They knew their ordering and delivery systems in detail enabling the optimum service that I required. They really couldn't have done anymore to improve the level of help, empathy and professionalism shown. Thank you both.
If you're looking for a place where you?ll be treated like a valued customer, I highly recommend Earnest Jones at Telford. Their exceptional service truly sets them apart, and I will return!

Second visit here and today we picked our wedding rings and what can I say?. Greeted with a friendly smile and welcome with exceptional customer service from the lovely Emma who helped us when we chose my engagement ring. Nothing too much trouble, advise superb, she?s just so lovely and friendly. Absolutely in love with my stunning Vera Wang wedding ring and can?t wait to wear it. Today I purchased a Tudor watch for my husband's 60th birthday.
Simon in the Telford branch was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much bother for him, and he made the whole process enjoyable, as well as professional.
Will definitely be going back next time we are looking for something special.
A definate 10 out of 10 and 5 star service.

We had decided on a lovely Boss watch for my son's 21st birthday, but before we could buy it it went out of stock. I called the Telford branch in the hope they had one in stock, on the off chance. Unfortunately, they didn't have
one but Simon went above and beyond to have one delivered for me, in time for my son's birthday, from Ernest Jones' Bath branch. He really went that extra mile when, in reality, he could have just said he didn't have the watch in stock! Both Simon and his colleague (apologies I can't recall her name) called me regularly to keep me updated. First class service. I really can't recommend you enough and judging by the other comments, this wasn't a first! Thank you. Louis loved his watch too!
