Went to Ernest Jones’s Telford to get a white dial Murph, unfortunately there wasn’t one in stock. Had a chat with Simon at the store who informed me they could order one for me to view. I returned today to see the watch which I have now purchased. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the staff...

Very friendly service. Was served by Simon who was very kind and helpful. Offered to courier our ring to where we live on the isle of wight if needed. Very happy with my ring.
