The moment we stepped through the door we were welcomed by Tash who then assisted us in finding the right bed for us. We explained the limitations of our budget but that didn't in any way affect her attitude towards us - she was friendly and thoroughly professional! And we can really recommend trying the SleepMatch technology!!

The experience of purchasing a new mattress was stress free. the gentleman that served us (Shaun) was very pleasant and helpful. there was no sales push. Plus we do not have to wait too long for delivery. Telford Dreams store

Really fab set of staff, so friendly and knowledgeable and right from when you do the sleep match machine through to then trying the different mattresses, everything is clear and makes it so much easier to choose the right mattress ?

Very busy but unfortunately they didn't have the bed in stock that we wanted but was available at other branches. Then overnight the price shot up( ready to be discounted for new year's sale??)

Greated By Natasha at Telford Store. Really helped us with choosing a mattress we first went on there match machine which finds are suitable mattress then we had a look round the store with Natasha. In the end we came back with a purchased Mattress, two pillows and mattress protector. Really impressed with the experience no hassle and also offered us a drink while we went through finance set up. Many Thanks for the brilliant experience Natasha.

Went in dreams today to be greeted by Claire what a lovely lady was not pushy but showed us around and answered all are questions explaining what would be the best mattress for us ,we made our decision and went through the process with Claire she offered us a drink worked out different options for us and let us make a decision on what cover to take if any at all times we did not feel like we were being rushed into anything I would highly recommend visiting Dreams at telford and hopefully you will get the same welcome as we got, I now look forward to my new bed and mattress being delivered in 3 weeks

Excellent customer service delivered while choosing a new bed. Natasha was helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. Not rushed at all, even though the shop was due to close in 20 minutes. Also, a lovely hot drink was made. Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed.

Popped down to Dreams Telford this morning to purchase a new mattress. Natasha was very welcoming and introduced me to sleep match.
