Full marks. I was stressed about an urgent document to be sent to India. Within 15mins I was in the DHL Express Telford office and Courtney was super helpful. Just handed her the document and she did all the rest inc packaging, online form filling, to and from details and done. Just like that. Stress over. Thank you Courtney for your help and kindness.
