Also, if you have a log burner they sell wood and kindling, as well as fire lighters which is great as we don't have to drive to the nearest retail park. “Our first time in Ironbridge, so please we decided to pop in here. What a fabulous establishment, great choice of drinks, including real ales - so refreshing to find a pub that isn't owned by Marstons or Greene King! Family owned, and it showed. We decided to have lunch, hubbie had Cajun Blackened Rump Steak and I had the Halloumi and Mushroom burger. Wow!! The taste was amazing, so many great flavours, would definitely recommend both. Pity we weren't in Ironbridge longer! We will be returning to the Swan. Extremely friendly, professional and accommodating staff.”

“On Tuesday 1st of August I needed a current tv programmes magazine for my sister. All on display were for the future week.I asked an assistant who then offered to go to look for one inthe stock room. I didnt see the lady's name but she had blonde shoulder length hair. Exemplary service.”

“Genuinely friendly service and I didn't even purchase anything. On an incredibly snowy day out of nowhere and a long walk, I was mistaken on my package and how to send it. Without prompt, the gentleman started assisting by trying to get around the system of my label and then without luck, pointed me in the right direction of a locker to send it away.”

“I have borrowed my friend's computer to write this review. I'm giving you a five-star review because you are the best shop in town. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, unlike all the shops that are involved in some sort of legal issues. So, I'm supporting good people and a good shop. I will now continue to choose your shop as my go-to store. Your shop has everything needed for the house, with everyday items you would expect to find in a corner shop. Your staff is exceptional, as I have had the pleasure of meeting each one of them. Therefore, I awarded a star for everything I found commendable in your shop, which were the first five things that came to mind when writing this review. My only complaint is that the drop curb outside the shop does not extend the full length of your shop frontage, but I understand that this is a matter involving the council and the government.”

“Great store with plenty of parking at the back, including a disabled space. The staff are very friendly and offer useful services like Evri and PayPoint. They recently added a card-only self-checkout, which is convenient given how busy this little store gets. Despite being busy with online orders, the staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance.”

“Smaller version of a Tesco store but still a wide variety of stock. No pharmacy but over the counter meds are sold. Huge free car park and good Covid practices. Also toilet inside and tobacco counter. Fresh and frozen products. Seasonal stuff displayed. Small clothing section. Can be queues at tills.”
“This çoop feels more like a local shop, staff always friendly and helpful. Great choice and waiting times were OK. Opening hours are great. Pleanty of parking. It even has a bench inside for a sit down. It feels like part of the community and I'm happy to buy from them as I feel they want to give something back”

“Visited Hill Top news on Saturday 13 July 2019 evening searching for a Shropshire Star newspaper. The shop has a reasonable sized car park in front of it and it is a flat walk to the front door.The store appears to be a well stocked local store. We enquired about the paper and the friendly lady found the spares that were due to be returned. The staff were very sociable and welcoming.”
“Great local shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good range of fresh vegetables, items for general household use, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and chilled goods for sale, car parking in the back of the store, free cash machine, ramp to door.”

“Something we picked up was missing a barcode. The checkout lady was talking to a customer on another till and asked my husband to fetch another item. Then carried on talking to the other customer while i carried on packing. Not very good customer service.”
“Cashier behind the till at around half 9ish was abused by a customer, he’s always amazing and doesn’t deserve a complaint his way as he didn’t do a thing wrong even though the customer was getting aggressive and filming”
