As much as I am a school student i should not be discriminated against and if there is no one stood on the door I?m gonna assume I can go in as it is a public place and then your telling me to put my stuff down when I am already in the queue waiting to pay for it because there is another student. Fine by me but don?t expect me to be polite when I?ve done nothing wrong and you?re shouting at me. Customer lost well done. Don?t care if this is petty

Cashier behind the till at around half 9ish was abused by a customer, he?s always amazing and doesn?t deserve a complaint his way as he didn?t do a thing wrong even though the customer was getting aggressive and filming

The whole experience they are rude staff followed around store, when i shop on a regular basis the staff are rude they shut early 5 to few minutes before closing time

After going into this coop fairly consistently over the past couple of years for the convenience of chilled beers, I?ve had to stop going due to the fact that their fridges are now set to 15 degrees!? I asked them if they were broken but the store assistant asked the manger and he said he set to that! Most at home fridges don?t have a setting to be that high. I hope this gets sorted as I?ve again been into day and the beers aren?t that cold.

Local convenience store. Reasonable range of products and generally fresh but significantly more expensive than regular supermarkets.At the end of the day you're paying for the convenience.

Lucky to have such a fantastic little shop so close . Open long hours and always Well stocked , friendly helpful staff the only down side is the car park can get very congested and people illegally use the blue badge spaces. .

Handed my TOTUM student discount card upon payment which Lyn didn't scan through, only noticed when I had to ask for my receipt I see it didn't take off the 10%, seemed like she couldn't be bothered to process it as it was too much hassle to process. Better customer service required. Still have my receipt if you want to credit me...

I have waited 20 minute the drive didn't know were he was going had to direct him and he gave me the wrong order the ship would answer my call even tho they had 10 minutes left they kept putting the phone down in general bad service

For its very small size this is in general a very good convenience store offering a wide range of food, fresh bakery items which are great, drinks and services with a cash point outside and chemist next door. Also have self checkouts.Speaking with fellow locals and I agree that prices are on the high side in comparison with other stores. This particular branch over several years is known to scan items through at an higher price than listed on the shelves - golden rule if shopping here is to check the price of each item when paying. Otherwise its a very good store for local shopping.
