Had to take my little Citroen C1 for a product recall on the 3 Oct 2023. I had booked a courtesy car for the day but unfortunately, the dealership could only provide an automatic. Being a dinosaur, I've never driven an automatic and was unwilling to try, so a lady called Naomi dropped me back home and collected me when my car was ready. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and was a terrific advert for excellent customer service for the dealership. Thank you.

I purchases a used MG ZS From Budgen. Very impressed with the level of customer service from start to finish. My thanks to sales executive David Carter it was a pleasure to deal with him, nothing was too much trouble, very patient and knowledable. He even called at my house after the sale to drop off a missing puncture repair kit. Many thanks David cant recommend Budgen Motors Telford enough.

Extremely rude staff across Citroën and MG. We were car shopping, looking to purchase, when we popped into Citroën with the aim to discuss the best car for our needs. There was a man sitting at a desk by the front door, he completely ignored us, a woman walked past us a few times, completely ignoring us, another man sat at a desk at MG, completely ignored us. We loitered a little near the initial man by the front door but he totally nuanced us. Awful service, not even a hello.

We brought a new MG4 from them late July 2023, I have never dealt with a more laid back motor trader, no pressure for extra sales and the experience was great. Trade-in was hassle free. Thanks David Carter and the lady from Accounts who also stepped in to help. Outstanding Customer Service. I have been into the Servicing department at Budgen Citroën three times and have always been very impressed by the customer service of all the team there, especially Naomi. She is friendly, helpful and always cheerful even though she seems to be the only person working in that department when I was in on Monday. She keeps you updated with the progress of the work and managed to get my car processed, road tested and cleaned before lunch when I said I would struggle to collect the car in the afternoon. 10 out of 10!

We bought an MG HS from Budgen Motors in March 2023. The process of buying our new car was slightly different as we are over 100 miles away but Phil made the process very easy. All the paperwork was clear and easy to complete with the car on our drive in less than 2 weeks after my first enquiry! Phil has answered all my questions and has made the whole process stress free. We have recently bought a car from Budgen Motors in Telford - MG ZS and had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Booth. Everything (except the handover) was done over the phone and all I can say it what a great service we received from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered all our questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted to buy. We even received a call from Chris a few days after we picked up the car to see how we were getting on.
