Used this Pharmacy for over Ten years now, always fantastic service, now the past 12-24 months prescription never ready, ?waiting? for drugs to come in be ready tomorrow.Always commotion behind the screens, but never anyone on the counter as there used to be, queue usually out of the door akin to Mary Celeste behind the counter seemingly chatting.Got grumpy today (Sorry) with the only really helpful counter assistant been there for some time, always jolly, very helpful, who was being run ragged.Understand drugs have to be checked correctly get that, but only ever one person helping, watch customers leave with grumpy face ? most of the time.Come on Boots Shawbirch Manager pull your socks up ?

Depends which staff are on, sometimes very efficient but mostly poor customer service skills, it's now convinced me to try an online pharmacy

The worst chemist over 15 thousand health patients within the area and still only one person on the till a que should never consistently be there. Clearly need more staffing. Sick of blame Covid just an excuse to cut funding. You call up no answer. Then they will turn their phone off. We need a Lloyds pharmacy in this area not BOOTS.

slow service, rude staff, lines out the door at all hours of the day including 30 minute before closing. you have three lanes- USE Them.

I have tried to collect my prescription 4 times now, firstly it hadn't arrived, next it wasn't in stock, then they only had half of it, just came to collect the rest, half an hour wait! Nearly everyone in the queue was asked to come back later as their medication was out of stock or not made up yet. The shop is also looking scruffy and floor is filthy!

Prescriptions never ready even though GP informs us they will be. We always give them extra time because we know how long we have to wait. The staff aren?t at all friendly. Medications so often out of stock - when I have taken prescriptions to Morrisons pharmacy they always have the goods in stock & staff there are much more friendly. It hasn?t always been like this but has declined over last 2 years.

Slow, slow, slow ,slow. Prescription wait times are ridiculous even for pre ordered Prescription.

This has the be the worst pharmacy I've ever used, it's crazy, probably the best GP practice in Shropshire next door but this pharmacy is incredibly slow, you take your script in and they just tell you to come back in an hour when it's ready, nobody wants to come back after an hour, we just want to wait 10 minutes and go home...Every other pharmacy I've ever used just has a small wait for medication.

What a useless place never got your prescription in stock and no communication as to when it?s going to arrive - not acceptable when other pharmacy?s have the products in stock - save your time and effort and go elsewhere

They don't pickup the phone I've been trying for 30mins to get to check if they have got antibiotics I can pick up as I'm being discharged from the prh hospital and they want to know if they have got the medication their. It's diabolical that they cannot pick up a phone.

Arrived at 12.54 to a closed shop. Advised by an assistant 'we are closed 1 till 2'. But it's not 1o'clock I said. To be then laughed at. Now, not great. Especially the attitude but my lunch break is 1 till 2 and I got off early to rush to the shop before they closed. This is not good customer service

I just rang here & spoke to Hayley. What can I say! Hayley went "above & beyond" to help me with a prescription request. It's so reassuring when a member of staff responds in this way, Trying by various means to help sort out a problem. WELL DONE HAYLEY!!!!
