Surely it isn?t a lot to ask to walk into a well known shop & buy your products. This is not the only boots, Wrekin retail park is just as bad however adding into the mix in those store is the lack of staff.

Went in today to have a free appointment and consultation for which No7 Make up products are best suited for my skin type & colour.
Was served by Alison (at 12PM), a really lovely lady that made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I?m new to the world of make up & really appreciated her support in finding the right products, easy to talk to and knowledge of her products.
Thank you very much for your service today Alison! Hope you enjoy your weekend off :)

Went into to use the pharmacy yesterday, just finished my chemotherapy sesdion and had had a really rubbish day. I was overtired, feeling absolutely awful. The staff were absolutely brilliant. They probably have no idea that their kindness and customer service made a huge difference to someone having a horrible day. Thank you to the lovely lady and gentlemen who served me, you were both real gems.

Quite rude service in store, been waiting long time until someone seen me today,person helping me out was too busy talking on microfone with her work colleague about what gifts someone bought and how much it was, after showing me two perfumes-third one she spray on the same paper and locked cabinet,she tried to lock cabinet twice in just one minute. This is very disrespectful treat customers this way.if you can't be bother don't lock perfumes away,I can't choose them by how they look despite she's clearly been judging me by how I look

A fair but relatively small Boots store. It's has a wide range of product choices. A pharmacy area and a large Beauty section as you enter.
It is positioned on the ground floor, so it is ideal for wheel chair access, with free parking outside. As are all the shops on this Forge Retail Park.

Brought waterproof dressings the own brand they didn't stay on properly soon as you move they unstick would not recommend

I like Boots but their in store ordering is a bit if a complication. I've driven 40 miles trying to cancel an order that they could not deliver in time for me.Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing , comes to mind.

Waited too long for staff assistance with perfume. They're all behind locked glass doors so you have to wait. Just not enough staff. Not even close.
