Lovely big store, plenty of stock and choice. However I was very shocked by the extremely rude staff today when I asked politely if my child could use the toilet. The lady on the shop floor was lovely, had to check with some other staff members if he could use the toilet to which they said yes. She explained she would have to take us and stay outside the toilet and wait, for health and safety reasons (absolutely fine by me) but staff in the warehouse/stockroom were very rude. My other son needed the toilet last second so he quickly followed us in. Staff rolled their eyes when we walked in, stopped their conversation while we walked past like it ruined their day and gave me dirty looks, then other staff made comments to each other as we were walking out that ?it?s ridiculous and we should just lock the doors and stop people using them?. Despite making sure my children always go to the toilet before we leave the house and also making sure they go in any shops that have customer toilets, I can hardly prevent or control the bladder of my 4 and 5 year old. There is such thing as invisible disabilities and neurodivergence which can both cause toileting issues, which are often unpredictable and become emergencies (need immediate access to a toilet). Maybe staff should be trained on this and customer toilets should be provided in such a big store if it?s such an issue for a child to use the toilet!! Thank you to the wonderful staff member who took us in and out with a smile on her face and didn?t make it a big deal! I didn?t get her name unfortunately.

It's great that this store has been staying open late till 11.00pm in December. It came in handy when I needed something when many other stores were closed. So a great store!
