Got married here 2 yrs ago 2 months ago and Roy and Lee were amazing . They went the extra mile.
Today we went back for afternoon tea which was amazing. Chris and the other lady were amazing nothing was too much trouble . Would def recommend getting married there or afternoon tea there. Can?t wait till the next time .

Great hotel within walking distance of Ironbridge, good bar, easy parking and an exceptional evening meal, nice breakfast too, rooms clean and tidy and staff friendly and helpful...

I was charged £106 for a room with no windows! To be honest it was like a prison cell! Small, dark and pretty bare. If we didn't need a place to stay due to an emergency, we would have left!

Nice quiet location and very helpful friendly staff.

Awful paper thin walls. Could hear a guest in another room urinating. Had to complain to reception each night because TV in another room was too loud. Thermostat on radiator broken. Acquired a pet spider. Heating pipes made a loud knocking sound when heating came on and off as the pipes expanded and contracted.
Room was small. Bathroom tiny.
