Started great and went downhill from there. Even though the bed was ordered with an almost 4 month lead time they were still unable to deliver the bed on the day needed, resulting in there being no beds on the first night in my new home. A severe case of over promising and under delivering. I would not purchase from them again.

This has been a brilliant purchase from ordering with David in store, been kept informed at every point, the delivery guys called as promised and put the 2 boxes where I requested, all were happy chappies and I am delighted with my bed, just 1 thing, the instructions state 30min, this is a little inaccurate, this would be better stating an hour, I appreciate this is only a guide but better to over predict than under.

Great experience all round .
Delivery charges were fair in comparison to other companies. They delivered on time and the delivery man were respectful and carried the mattress up two flights with no grumbling.
