We were there for breakfast this morning as we were staying in the Premier next door and the staff were doing an amazing job. They were totally rushed off their feet but everything was brilliant from clearing stuff off our table as we finished using different bits to rushing round making sure everything was topped up and coping with so many people turning up who hadn?t reserved a table. They were truly awesome ??

The breakfast is decent - good choice
Staff were all friendly. Would recommend booking in advance for dinner as it was quite busy.
Really enjoyed the fish & chips. Was disappointed by the vegan burger because it was supposed to have vegan 'bacon' but mine didn't.

Very friendly and quick service. Food was good value for money and tasty. We weren't drinking and the first two non-alcoholic drinks we ordered weren't available, but everything else was good.
It's a chain pub which does meals and they were also setting up breakfast for the hotel the next morning so the atmosphere was what you'd expect.

The food was ok along with the service. However, the restaurant was really cold. Not only for dinner but also for breakfast, where other guests were also sitting around in coats and outside clothes

We had an excellent meal here, the night before our daughter's wedding in Telford. Best steaks we've had for a long time and Ceri provuddd wonderful friendly service

We visited here for our pre-christmas get-together. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back.
Service was second to none, fun, friendly, attentive staff, making sure we were happy at all times. Providing recommendations, which is a bit unusual at a chain restaurant, but very welcome, thank you to Fi our server.
The restaurant itself was spotless, no untidy tables and we weren't left sitting with finished plates, fabulous. Toilets too were very clean.
In fact it was so good we're intending on having our monthly dinner here. ?
One of the best eating experiences I've had in Telford. Highly recommend. ?

Went for lunch, extremely disappointed the waitress was not at all attentive, ordered drinks, left sat on the bar so we had to go and fetch these ourselves after waiting 15 minutes. Food was of very poor quality and cold. Customer service in the place is to be desired. I most certainly will not be returning or recommending.
I don?t normally provide feedback but after such a bad experience today I wouldn?t want anyone else wasting there good earned money
