Be careful to not get caught out by parking charges. A coffee and lunch then some shopping all within the retail park that exceeded 3 hours has ended up costing £60 in a parking fine even though plenty of money was spent in the shops.

B and q are usually a great shop but I have a very big problem with the soil. For some reason since buying soil from here I am over run with mushrooms! This has caused all my plants to have fungal problems. I have pumpkins, Tomartos, onions, cucumbers and all are infected. I have done my best to pick out the mushrooms carefully and cut the infected leaves but this year being the year for fruit growth I'm very saddened. This has happened to me before but it was never this bad. I should've learned my lesson before. I will never buy soil again from here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I also have a friend with exactly the same problem so I know its the soil that has spores in it. So yeah thanks b and q for killing all my flowers and infecting all my vegetables. Hopefully the treatment I bought will work. Next time I'm buying the expensive high quality soil from somewhere else not b and q own soil.

Went to shop for toilet handle, we found what we wanted. Also had a well stocked garden departmentwith nicely cared for plants and we bout some geraniumson 3 for 2 offer. Was a clean tidy shop well laid out and very helpful staff. Definitely well worth a visit.

I visit the store because I needed to get 2 keys cut, the machine was turned off. When I asked a member of staff about it they said it turns off at 4 o'clock. It would be useful if this information was on the website.

Just want to say thank you to Brian and his colleague today. I?d bought a desk chair from a well known store only to realise they had provided the wrong size screws. I took the back and the arm of the chair into b&q telford and asked for assistance. Brian and his colleague were absolutely amazing. They not only found me the right screws, they made sure the thread fitted and also fitted the one arm onto the chair for me. What an amazing bunch of chaps. Thank you both so much. Kath Robinson
