Went to cafe!! On the 24/11/24 at approximately 1330. The service was horrendous the woman was rude and lied to my face saying she isn't doing food as she is finishing soon but then serving people behind us with food. I gave the food a miss in the end but I was with my mother who got served one before me and I had to sit there with no food whilst she ate. I just don't think she could be bothered to be honest it's put me off Asda stores all together I hope all there other employees aren't that bad.

Really good experience product and price wise and the girl at the till was spot on. Not so great experience being followed around the store "covertly" by a security guard for the whole trip, even standing behind us at the till point to ensure we didn't leg it with our huge trolley full of stuff for a new house. It was super obvious and definitely super off-putting. I understand theft is on the rise in retail but there's a way of keeping an eye without being so blatant about it.

If you come for nothing else, then come for their fragranced candles! I'm a huge candle consumer, but if I can find others that hit the right note of fragrance for me & are less than half the price of the ones I currently buy, I'm sold! Asda Living have a very large range of all types of home fragrance & keep them changing with the seasons. I ended up with 3 large jar candles & am pleased with the aroma on burning. I love the fresh spa fragrances but ended up with others to try at that price!
This shop is amazing & not the same products you find in store at Asda supermarkets. The range & choice of products are very generous on 2 floors & prices are very affordable.
I don't live locally to Telford & can only hope my area gets an Asda Living in the future. Huge ranges of home & garden products & always a bargain or two to be found. Contemporary to retro style, prices for every pocket.
I highly recommend Asda Living especially if you're furnishing or refurbishing your home/garden.

It's an Asda living - not sure what else to say - doesn't seem to change from year to year - same layout, same items.Perhaps do a refresh as most stores do to avoid it being stale.
