Ive shopped here for years but lately the discusting attitude of your workers especially on self check outs is apparent,,4 minutes i was waiting to get the screen to work while certain persons were laughing and joking about another guy getting annoyed about the self check out,, regardless of your empty shelfs regarding fresh meat,, but some of your employees in this asda is that you really need to take note, because they really dont give a care in the world,, SACK THEM, and i can and will point them out,,Never i have experienced this in any other supermarket

Spent the whole morning in Asda! ?Had a coffee in the cafe, then opticians, then back for brunch and a spot of work on my laptop. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Coffee and brunch were great. Excellent service in the opticians- and the price was amazing!Don?t believe the Asda website that says the cafe is closed.

On 20th Jan 24 I came to the Asda store at Telford town centre to do some shopping. I had parked my car on a different car park and I had bought some heavy items. An Asda employee called Levi who was already busy and in the middle of something said she would stand and watch my trolley for me while I went to the other car park to get my car. I was as quick as I could be but it took over 20 minutes and Levi was still stood with my trolley when I got back. I apologised for the wait and she said that it was fine. She really did go above and beyond to help me out and also did it willingly. It?s rare to find such lovely helpful staff these days so she deserves commending. It really saved me a lot of hassle.

A good store. Clean, modern, good variety of foods and a fab cafe and toilet facilities that are always clean and spotless. Good clothing section and fresh flowers at a very reasonable price. Lovely home section, too. Knocked a star off for the prices being raised highly.

Very poor experience, shopping was 100% acceptable. However the optitions was poor, guy was unhelpful and refused to change my lenses as did not purchase glasses from ASDA unlike another ASDA store.Further more received a parking fine- I'm new to the area having relocated and was not aware of the policy at this store. Who would believe you have to pay to park and do your food shopping.I will not be returning to ASDA Telford again.

As much as I like Asda, what is it with the lack of manual check outs, its a mess at times to queue up at the check outs, some are down the store .its really good store, lots of products, but seriously sort out the manual check outs, week days are ok, but weekends are a nightmare, I dread to think what Christmas will bring, and as for the self trolley check outs that's the same.

The problem is with self scanners, many times i was coming and they were run out battery. I like to use this option because it's quick shopping.

I have decided to now move on and do my weekly shop at Tesco. To start, parking no problem regarding safety. One way system, bigger parking bays and to date no sign of removal size vans parked in the bays. All shelves from what l saw are filled. No shelves with empty boxes with full boxes hidden behind the empty ones. Plenty of friendly staff on the floor to help on finding items for newbie shoppers. Last but not least, no queues, plenty of tills if you don't want to scan your own items, and here again, no queues. So to top it all, no STRESS. So thank you Tesco for making my shopping a pleasure, as for Asda, your loss and Tesco's gain.
