Went to Asda on Monday the 30th of December with my cousin and used there car park for parking. When I parked I didn't see any signs saying you needed to pay/Validate for parking. The signs need to be more clear as this isn't the first time this has happened. To make matters worse next door at the cinema car park you need an electronic ticket for the barrier to lift and let you leave but conveniently this doesn't happen at this place, absolute joke. Won't be using this car park again again.

Never any trolleys spent 15 mins in rain looking, gave up in the end and went to Sainsbury's which had plenty of trolleys

Had a parking fine, was clearly within 3 hours have all receipts, store won't help at all, having to go through appeals in writing costing me time. Asda blaming Horizon ? Manager told me other customers didn't mind?????

The lack of small and large trolleys on an ordinary day was appalling. It's put me off doing any Christmas shopping at this branch. There are people walking round the car parks looking gor people going back to their cars.

Took a phone back and mike the manger was absolute arrogant and unsympathetic that I been passed pillar to post Got it sorted but the store customer service skills have dropped dramatically

Would love to give 0 stars, delivery drivers can?t be bothered to make contact about a delivery being late and when you phone up ?3-5 days for your refund? besides the point a bit, disgusting customer service!!

Great and helpful staff, place is clean, really big product selection, prices can be a little high on certain things overall biggest food and groceries shopping place in Telford so can not complain :)

As far as I know, there has never been a better asda. The staff are polite and welcoming, the prices are reasonable and the product range is simply to die for. So Billy, pray tell, why the 3 star review. I see why you'd ask me that. Well- I'm a man. A man that needs to pee. And when I pee, I like to wash my hands. It's just what one does. Unfortunately, the toilets lacked a vital ingredient- soap. Soap stole the two stars. Get some soap and we'll talk.
In conclusion, nice shop- don't piss there.

The service is that slow at the pizza counter I could of ordered a dominoes and walked home in that time - standing for 30mins what a waste of my life
