Best pharmacy around. Very helpful, friendly staff. Always happy to give advice or explain things. If there will be a wait they tell you so you can go to other shops and pop back. I have seen them have to deal with rude and impatient customers and they handle the situation professionally and with ease. Lisa and team are fantastic ??????????

Horrible place to go now , please bring back the old staff Wendy etc , dale is the only decent staff member there now , they were friendly and you felt welcome the new staff are Horrible , not and ounce of customer service not a nice place

Very rude and unpleasant lady by the front desk!!Any question she asked I replied back and explained, but her attitude and face expression was out of order.More than likely she has a dislike for people from another country, but that doesn't give her the right to behave like that with people. She was so rude!! I was speechless at her behavior ?It's the first time this happened to me in a pharmacy. I don't understand how some people can work in places where a little empathy is needed.Very disappointed!!!?

A week ago I would have given this pharmacy an excel t rating, then I got a random phone call from them informing me they have decided to no longer do Dosette boxes and provide no more help. Handled incredibly badly and very unhelpful trying to sort it out. Not to be trusted

Friendly and accommodating staff, always get my medication correct and on time. I had a consultation session with the pharmacist, he was very well informed and helped me greatly.

Lovely pharmacy however HORRIFIC pharmacist refused my emergency prescription causing me to having severe panic attacks and a seizure will be taking this to the ombudsman. Awful service.

First of all the positive, the staff are friendly enough.Now the negatives, often not enough staff on the counter. When you arrive at 9.00 and are third in the queue to be told that your prescription will be 40 minutes, they've only just opened and already 40 minutes waiting time, really. Constantly ask customers to write their details down so they can find the prescription, surely there is a quicker system. Often have to go back because they haven't got your medicine in stock. Sorry to say I will be going elsewhere for my prescriptions. What a shame that the staff are let down by a system that clearly does not work.

Every single time I come to pick up my medication I get misgendered, despite writing my pronouns down. Staff definitely need to be educated on how to cater to LGBTQ+ people.

Went in for a prescription sent by the doctors and they said hadn?t been sent but doctors gave me a barcode to prove it so went back the next day and tried again only to be told I had to wait fifteen minutes for a prescription that was dated yesterday when they gave it me TOTAL MIS-MANAGED
