Josh was extremely helpful during negotiations and then while there was a long delay during the purchase due to delays at land registry all of the staff were always super helpful on the phone everyone in the loop.

There are estate agents who are just out for a quick buck, and estate agents who seem to have courtesy and standards. I enquired with this agency about a poperty for rental. It didn't work out in the end, but despite this they were forthcoming with advice and kept me up to date with (albeit negative) replies from the landlord and furher suggestions. Other agencies take your call and you never hear from them again unless they can make money from you. This agency seems to have decency and professionalism, and I was duly impressed.

Excellent service from the sales team at ZJB. They recently sold a property for me and were great from start to finish. They always kept me updated about viewings and offers, and were always quick to respond to any questions about the sale progress. Highly recommended!

Incredibly disappointing - rang in advance on many occasions and would be up early in the morning to be sure i was getting first email/call in to view a property only to find out a viewing list was pulled but i wasnt on it!? And then told a list was never kept for such things is quite disgusting when some of us needing housing as a home and not as a luxury.

Great customer service from the whole residential sales team at ZJB. From initial marketing through the sales process through to completion the support given was professional and delivered by every staff member to a very high standard. I have used Zaza over a few years for a number of rental properties to find suitable tenants and organise the contracts and inventory and have always found all the staff to be courteous, professional and extremely efficient.
