Visited on a Saturday. Guy who served me was on the phone casually chatting to someone else the entire time. Paid for some shopping without a hello or goodbye. Or even a mention of the price (just a point at the till display). Just put the phone down for 30 seconds! If you think this is rude, as I do, then avoid

Lovely little shop. Just had to pop in and glad I did. Lady was really nice. The area is lucky to still have little independent shops like this one. Wishing them all the best.

The woman who works there is miserable, angry and rude. I will not be coming back and will tell others the same. How someone can struggle with such a basic level of courtesy is beyond me. She should have a look in the mirror and ask herself why she is in a customer facing role if she cannot contain her negativity in the most simple of interactions. Sad.

Absolutely wonderful shop. Heart of the community and sells fresh local products at a really decent price (can?t understand the negative review, must have been a miserable person as we all love the shop and it?s always done up so nicely). Highly recommend a visit as sells lovely cards and gifts from local artists too. Not to mention Tanners wine, Corbetts meat, Catherine?s bakery bread and local cheese etc.

Haven?t shopped in there since the mid 1970?s when it was called Morris?s but back then it was my source of sweets and chocolates and I lived at nbr 59 across the road. Excellent little store.

Please don't shop here.The owner of this shop is aggressive and discriminatory to the point that a week ago he abused and assaulted a disabled man. Spread the word and boycott.
