I've had one of the best customer service expirences. I came in a seized up tap cartridge from the 1970s with a strange amount of O rings. I had already tried a few other shops who had said there wasn't any in stock. I couldn't work out what cartridge I needed to buy on Ebay either so was completely at a loss.
The two men behind the counter were super knowledgeable and friendly. It turns out that cartridges that size aren't made anymore. They measured it and used a thing to count the splines. They flicked through their product list to find the closest thing to match...no luck. I thought I may have to replace the entire sink at this point (which I do plan to do when we have the funds) but one of the guys had an idea.
He took the cartridge round the back and found some tap handles that came with a cartridge and an adapter nut. He had been expirementing with it and managed to get the cartridge to roughly the same size. Having new handles was also a plus and for the low price of £9.99, some fiddling and swearing, I now have a working tap.

VERY helpful they hadn't got the valve at the winsford depot but they found one at there Shrewsbury branch and as it was urgent i travelled there and got the job done, spot on.
