Wickes please stop using XDP as your logistics copmany to deliver online orders. Reading their reviews online should tell you enough about the damage being done to your business by them. I certainly wont be ordering online from Wickes again knowing how long it takes to arrive.
Please consider using a more efficient courier who care about the items being delivered in a timely manner.
Ordered a week ago, item has been sat at XDP's delivery depot for 4 days now with no update or message saying when delivery will be and no response to messages. I'm having to visit Wickes in person to pick up another set of items as i can't wait any longer. Fortunately I'm able to travel but feel for people who aren't mobile and who rely on delivery services.
So many better courier copmanies out there than XDP, please switch.

Car park could be bigger for larger vans etc as can be a bit of a squeeze.

What an opportunistic store manager taking the last clearance box of tiles, out of the box, and selling as samples. Oh, never mind that the colour range is discontinued and tile is obsolete. The clearance box shows as £30 on Wickes website; but this clever manager will make double that - if he manages to sell the 15 tiles individually.
PS The tiles have now been sold, as a broken clearance box

I've been shopping at wickes Shrewsbury for 25 + years and wouldn't like to guess how much I've spent over the years so when I got a parking ticket after my last visit you won't get another penny, I parked in the car park went into the shop to get prices to do a quote for a customer, I spent about an hour in the shop getting all the information I needed, when I had finished I left the store to go back to my vehicle but going to my car I saw the cafe Kendel delights was open so I thought I would nip in for some dinner, I think I was in the cafe for about 45 mins before leaving and going, it was about 10 days later when the parking fine came through the post for £60 for going over the time limit of 90 minutes, I didn't even know there was a time limit in the car park I mean how stupid to put a time limit on a shop carpark, Wickes in Shrewsbury isn't the busiest of shops so if there going to start charging for parking to long I can't see many people using them, I run a small business in Shrewsbury and know a lot of trades people who have told me there going to boycott the shop from now on, shame on you wickes shame on you, and don't tell me you have signs up telling me because when your a busy trades person shopping for customer you don't have to start looking at signs to see if you can park in the car park of the shop your shopping in.

Absolutely very, very hard work. Bought kitchen units nearly two months ago. Two items major problems. How difficult is it to supply a three door cupboard?
For Wickes massively difficult. First the actual drawers are not delivered. Have to be re-ordered, order gets cancelled. Ordered again then only two of the three are delivered. Are you getting the picture?
By the way one long cupboard we ordered it with machinery system to access it from corner location and guess what?
Wickes decided we hadn't actually ordered that
"You didn't pay for it, they smugly claimed
Wickes strap line is "Let's Do It Right.
It should be "Let's Do It Wrong.
