Last Sunday afternoon 29th Sept I was fortunate enough to visit your pub whilst on holiday and had a drink whilst listening to some great music by a chap who I only know be the name of Andy. Does anyone have Andy Hyde's contact number as I would like to get in touch with him regarding his excellent chose of music and guitar playing. When I'm in the area again I will be giving The Wheatsheaf another visit.

The wheatsheaf is a nice traditional pub. There was an excellent choice of beers, lagers, and cider, including four hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The ones we sampled were in excellent condition. The staff are friendly, it's a nice cosy pub. There are no bar games, but the pub is dog friendly.Parking: Finding parking in this part of Shrewsbury is very difficultWheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat, and the pub is all on one level.
