Disgusting service from every member of staff at this place - this isn?t the first time I?ve had an attitude from them. The only people who are a credit to this place are the delivery drivers who are lovely.
When you call to ask for an emergency delivery the same day at 10:30am you don?t expect to be laughed at stating they have lots of emergencies. I completely understand they may be busy but the way they speak and laugh at customers are vile

Not the best run Pharmacy, service can be excruciatingly slow and prescriptions usually take several days to be dispensed. It has gone downhill since Paul the pharmacist left.

Whilst I appreciate that pharmacy?s are under additional pressure recently, that does not excuse a poor slow service, even at a basic level. An essential part of a customers experience is to provide, an efficient, polite and informative service. When this is not met on a regular basis the owners of this establishment need to look closely at all of the recent negative reviews and respond appropriately. I for one have taken my business elsewhere and I would encourage anyone I know to do the same.

This Pharmacy is definitely way understaffed, but they're awesome considering!
I left Wales on a trip and forgot life saving medication. Getting meds in a different country is not easy. This Pharmacy told me exactly what I needed to do and the precise time I could collect the meds I'd forgotten. All in all, I was 2hrs late taking my meds. I had left my meds a 4hr (one way) drive away.
Opposite to the local supermarket pharmacy, that had my meds in stock before closing but not in stock when they opened first thing the next day, that claims every little helps, the Wells people acted like they cared and wanted to help AND they did.
