Was picking up 2 kinds of ADHD medication, one of which they didn?t have. One of the ladies found it necessary to make sure that I understand that I have 28 days to collect 4 TIMES in a very condescending way. I understood the first time. I?m not mentally undeveloped. I have ADHD.

Not sure what has happened to this once friendly, polite and helpful pharmacy.I think there are new owners or management and since then, it has taken a serious nose dive on all the above.People are waiting in line , with no explanation and queuing out the door for over 30 minutes.Stock not available, again no reason given, just come back.With the exception of Claire on the desk , it appears the rest of the staff are grumpy, unhappy in their work and not wanting to help.Myself and my family are now going to move to another pharmacy and not deal with this negative, rude and unhelpful place anymore.Sad really as the local community need a good pharmacy that cares, bar 1 person, these lot simply dont.Vote with your feet and use others in the area.

Stood in there for 30 minutes for a prescription they didn?t have in stock. Here?s a thought. Check you have the stock BEFORE making someone wait, and serve 8-10 other people. Staff absolutely fall apart when it?s busy.

VERY RUDE, My daughter in law went to pick up a prescription, sent by NHS for my Husband who has Covid. When she arrived she was promptly told they didn't have it, so she asked them to check emails etc, and promptly messaged me. She was told she would have to wait as she was busy, meanwhile 4 customers walked out of the drop because of the rudeness. We in turn rang NHS to advise and was told it was emailed to them earlier in the day, she said "are they saying they haven't had it?" So she promptly rang the chemist but no one answered the phone!!! Luckily my daughter in law rang to say she now had the prescription- 30 mins after arriving at the shop???? We will not be using them again.

Very rude after they tried to give me a brand of medication that I am allergic to even tho it states it on my prescription, and don?t bother ringing because they don?t answer the phone

Over the last day and a half I have rang well pharmacy a minimum of twenty times to enquire about my prescription and not once has anybody bothered to pick up the phone, it just rings and rings. This is absolutely terrible and the staff need to be told so. There is no way every person is busy with the amount of calls made. This really does need addressing.

This pharmacy is so difficult to get through too. The staff are rude and even when the line finally rings it ends. I've tried 10 times already and been hung up on 3 times..

Phone is never answered. It clearly works as occasionally it's engaged in between times.Very unclear information regarding opening times? Are you open on Thursday and Fridays or not?

They NEVER answer the phone so you can't call and check if your prescription is ready. So you have to walk slowly 20 minutes each way in agonising pain only to be told it isn't ready! I know they use the phone because sometimes its engaged. Pick up the phone! Think about your customers!
