Always quick and friendly service at this branch, especially when using the click and collect as there is a separate queue. I'm fed up with the other big name rival, where I'm constantly stuck behind people who don't know what they want or can't be bothered to look in the catalogue.

Great service received at Toolstation Shrewsbury.Product I needed was out of stock and not available to order, however John assured me that he would be able to get what I needed from another store within a couple of days.
