went to the checkout with 3 items and was then charged for 4 went back to the young man who didn?t seem all to bothered or really cared that he had made that mistake he processed the refund and gave me the receipt as of 13 ish days later still nothing to show on my bank. Went back into store to basically be told ?not their problem? and to ring head office. rang head office and was told they could do nothing because it was to do with my bank. absolutely fuming at this rate will think twice about shopping there again

Some great bargains and very friendly staff. As always, because the clothes are end of line and one-offs, the experience is a bit chaotic in terms of everything being rammed together by size, so it's hard to find things.
