TK Maxx Shrewsbury is great, large warehouse style store with lots of choice compared to city centre stores. Picked up some large prints, new stock every time we visit.

Went in today looking for something specific asked a lovely woman for help which she did do, unfortunately sold out of what I was after so never purchased anything, but told I might find it on the website/new app, woman then asked if I could do a survey about my experience in store I agreed but could not do one as you need information from a receipt that day to access it, she was amazingly helpful I did ask her name and she told me it is Sam
Would of gave 5 stars if it let me do survey without buying anything
Would of given top marks all around as the stores always clean and very helpful staff/managers

Something is really rotten with this store - there is a real ?can?t be bothered? attitude. We returned £50 worth of clothing but were actually charged for a sale instead of returned the money. We even went back to the store to query this and were told that we should take it up with customer service instead. Horrific store run by horrific salespeople who do not care at all

Visited this store yesterday afternoon with myself and two other people. We purchased a pair of shorts and a long black dress with mesh sleeves. One item was paid for on a bank card as it was a seperate purchase. The other item which was the dress which was paid for by cash due to the child being in care. The dress was paid for with the child?s spending money. Unfortunately both the dress and the shorts were too small. I was able to get a refund for the shorts however they REFUSED to provide a refund for the dress because it did not have a TK Max tag on the dress it had a seperate tag and it was a H&M brand. They said that they have no proof that the dress was purchased in store essentially calling me a liar. I advised them to check the CCTV and demanded a refund for the child however they said that they cannot check the cctv until the manager comes into the store. I asked when the manager would come into the store and he said ?I don?t know the manager comes in whenever he wants?. Hence why I am leaving this negative review. Terrible customer service and no empathy for the child whatsoever. No apology or reassurance that the matter will be investigated. TK Max YOU OWE A CHILD £9.99 PLEASE REFUND

Really disappointed with the experience I received today, which is such a shame because normally I really enjoy a TK Maxx visit. I purchased two cushions which were the exact same cushions one was labelled £14.99 and the other was labelled £19.99. Tom who served me on the till refused to sell me them both for the same price and proceeded to charge me £14.99 for one and £19.99 for the other even though they were the exact same product. It baffles me how a company can charge different prices for the SAME product.I was honestly close to just walking away and not giving my business , but I really like the cushions. It has genuinely upset me because I love TK Maxx and this is just giving me such a negative feeling about the brand.
