Came into Shrewsbury's Three store today to purchase a new phone after having a somewhat negative experience with one of Three's competitors.
Sam was very friendly and his customer service and patience was excellent, as well as his knowledge of the phone that I purchased.

Popped in today to see about switching my phone, got served by Samuel and he was an absolute legend. Got everything sorted for us quick and efficiently. Top guy, along with the other two staff members, didn't catch their names. Thank you!

Wow well what do I say.... Came in to Shrewsbury Store Because My Handset wasn't making calls or receiving calls in Shrewsbury Town Centre Guy Working Pulls Case Off Goes to just Ram in a SIM Removal Tool into a Phone that has a removal back? And he automatically acted shocked so I told him not to bother removing it.... He then slames my Phone down? And Reboots it and goes it's sorted... One My Phone is a (2024) Android 14 device nothing wrong with it just randomly has a removal battery Awful Service Lack of knowledge

After 4 years with this company as a loyal customer today the shrewsbury workers 3 made me cancel my soon to be renewed contract with them. due to their error in terminating my current contract then i got the unprinted new phone back they had forgotten to end the phone payment scheme so they had to offer me as a result of a delay not my fault high cost sim card than the one specified in the contract by them. I waited for more than 60 minutes in their office while a young girl, probably without enough experience, tried to help me and her manager stood there doing nothing, namely taking the phone that I returned and assured me that I would not pay anything more than your SIM plan. I've always been ok with three's network and I've always had good coverage, but their online service and the workers in some of their stores is at a very low level.

Went in to the Shrewsbury branch after a very frustrating experience at another store. Jack and keiron were super helpful, really straight forward and fantastic to deal with, we had our new phones and new contracts in half an hour. Jack must be a good salesman - my husband wasn't looking to switch but we both walked out with new phones in the end! Great team, glad we went.

The team in store are great. I went to get a new phone but I wasn?t entirely sure which would be best for me. Jack was really helpful in advising me about deals and he also helped me set the phone up.
