I was shopping for foundation and needed help matching a colour the staff were unhelpful and rude. When left on my own I realised that they did have the colour I wanted the stand was just all mixed up. I told the girl when I paid thinking I was being helpful thinking but the girl thought I was having a go at her which I wasn't. I was being friendly and I thought helpful. I wonder how many other customers left unable to find the products that were there all along that the staff could not be bothered to put the stock back in the correct place?

I purchased x3pro care idb last 22 04 24 when I got home and checked my receipt I realised they hadn't given me the offer which was 3 for 2.i telephoned the store explained to the lady she advised me to return the receipt for a refund .I don't get out that often because of mobility issues.i returned 29 04 24 the manager became involved and said he needed me to bring back goods because I may of found d receipt in street.i cannot believe this can be right,it was annoying me more as he couldn't stop smiling and obviously found the matter highly amusing.surely this can't be right.is there no customer service any more I'm disgusted.

Three times I have tried to buy items only to find that the prices are higher than advertised at the till. The latest was a nasal spray advertised as £6.49 and on a buy one get one half price offer. When it was scanned it came up as £9.99 and no offer. When I grabbed the price tag to show the lady on the till, underneath was another label advertising them for £5.99 without the offer. The manager just kept saying "its a mistake, do you want them or not" and didn't even ask where they were so he could remove the second of the inaccurate price tags. This was the second time I've had him deal with this type of pricing issue, and both times he was dismissive and barely apologetic.If you're buying from here, just keep an eye on how things are actually costing you

Great value for money branded over the counter medicines, toiletries and cosmetics. Well laid out and spacious, and the staff have always been approachable and friendly.

DON'T GET PIERCING HEREHad my nose piercing done here today. Had to get I rectified elsewhere after 20 minutes. Had a barbed stud shot into my nose with a gun. Stud was extremely sharp and kept stabbing into my septum. My nose was throbbing and so swollen. Once rectified the swelling and pain stopped immediately and no longer have the sharp barb stabbing into my septum. Shouldn't be allowed to carry out the nose piercing with that gun and barbed piercing. Terrible after care service too. Just interested in the money!

I wouldn't recommend superdrug if they get a problem with there order.
I had a missing eyeshadow, then they sent out a wrong replacement which never arrived, but after being messed about for 16 days, they then say they haven't got the stock of the missing eyeshadow and have refunded the money.
Absolute sham of a customer service.
Fobbed me off twice about technical issues, probably cause they had no clue what they were doing.
I've shopped at superdrug online and in store for a very long time, I'm going to go to somewhere else that has better customer service, they don't deserve loyalty

Fabulous service from one wonderful team member, young girl, long dark hair. Very polite. Extremely helpful when asked about mascara for sensitive eyes and she jumped to help me and demonstrated great product knowledge. Fabulous customer service.
