I need to open a formal complaint. We ordered through the app to the shrewsbury store 63037/0
Went inside and waited 10/15 minutes whilst one server was serving a lady infront, and 2 people were out the back on their phone. Finally the young guy started to serve me - I said we had an app order. They then proceeded to state they didn?t have the meatballs. Why haven?t they checked the queue to see if the app order person was there, why have they accepted the order, and why does your stupid app not allow the store to block items which they don?t have in stock. Then - the app doesn?t allow a refund request, the store can?t process a refund nor have a letter headed paper to write down the above - and then your head office number loops round and there?s no one to speak to for a refund and complaint. I will be reporting this to trading standards - as we have paid for a service - travelled to the store - and then not had the product - and it?s very difficult and complex to get a refund. This was the first time we have used subway in about 6 years and will certainly be the last.

Gluten free and vegan snacks and cookies would make it even better
Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free bread and staff fully aware, wiped entire areas and changed gloves before serving anything.

I was served by Liz who was very friendly and happy to chat :) She made everything to order perfectly and tempted me into a few upgrades/upsells.
Dietary restrictions: I ordered the veggie delight and the whole process was very good and gloves were changed.
Parking: Large car park for Dobbies garden centre. And there?s more around by the Travelodge
Kid-friendliness: When I?ve been in, in the past the seating area has had families sat there.

Liz, Tiffany & Tom are always very welcoming to us upon arrival, a lovely greeting with a smile.
Food always excellent, great options to choose from, stocked with good fresh ingredients.

Very clean and tidy Subway, one of the cleanest I have noticed.
Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. 10/10.
Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options available, fresh and delicious foods to choose from.
Dietary restrictions: Subway are excellent at Dietary requirements, displayed on glass cabinets or ask staff.
Parking: Parking available just outside Subway.
Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly, refreshing and healthy children?s pack available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly as there is a path and double doors to use. Plenty of space inside with tables etc. Great access to Toilets also.

Thanks to Tiff, the small older woman with hair in a tight bun, absolutely terrible. I visited during a quiet point in the day and was left to wait for 10 minutes while "Tiff" cleaned the entire shop front, without a word of acknowledgement.thrown my way. Eventually my toddler peered round and asked "Mummy are you coming to eat with us?" I replied "Yes, if I can order soon!" Then Tiff said "You'll just have to bear with me and wait till I'm finished." 0 eye contact, 0 hospitality, 0 apology - just plain rude.
I decided to go to Greggs instead.
When I returned to my family (happily eating their Burger King meal) she was jovially serving a group of "other" customers. Husband saw it all, and noticed that as soon as I left, the cleaning was done. Nice...
It really seemed pretty weird and personal, like she didn't want to serve me.
Wouldn't recommend. ???
