Just had my delivery turn up and there were no crisps which we asked for. we also asked for 2 double chocolate cookies and got 2 milk chocolate ones! Wanted Powerade and Diet Coke and they gave us 2 coke zeros instead will not be ordering from them again ??

Visited for quick lunch, big mistake!
It has to be the worst Subway I've ever had, from walking in and 3 staff all startled and staring was like it was a shock to see customers.
Staff disinterested, asked for kids meal and a trainee was told to cut what looked like a 5inch sub in half, when I pointed put kids should be 4inch the staff were very surprised and had to discuss if this was even right.
The sub made had mostly all my melted cheese all over the paper and very little left on sub. The toilets were terrible with broken handles so couldn't even get into toilet easily, stool seats were ripped and looked terrible. Numerous other things were wrong with our experience but too many to mention. Very poor, do not waste your money

Worst subway I have experienced customer service with the larger was totally unprofessional shoving a 11year old out the shop and being totally rude because I pointed out a mistake he had made

Absolutely disgusting! Stopped me and my friend instantly walking in with my assistant dog. My poor dog was confused what was going on and he was appointed to me for my mental health due to my depression and anxiety not wanting to go out without him. Then now this has made me worse and dont want to walk into Shrewsbury Town anymore.

It is no coincidence that I have had food poisoning 3 times right after eating here.Poor food, poor service and poor prices, do not eat at this subway.

My wife went into Subway today at 4.25 to be told that she could not eat in because they ?needed to wash and clean the restaurant?. She was not allowed to sit and eat even though the restaurant was not due to close for another 90 minutes. I think the staff here need some urgent training. Their priorities are all wrong?

Absolutely hostile atmosphere, the little grump bag behind the counter, whom I assume must be the manager of such establishment, greeted us, from the minute we walked through the door, with an angry and demeaning tone.This encounter left me with a feeling of guilt as I was eating my food, as it felt I had been in the wrong, however, I am just a regular civil subway customer, this embarkment has left me dumbfounded whether I shall return to this subway in particular, and also subways across all stretches of the globe.All I wanted was for a civilised and enjoyable meal, yet I am mortified with my experience and am Devastated with this encounter as I usually love my 6 inch hearty Italian sub! The best Subway I have visited, and this is simply due to the fact of the woman who served us, she was very lovely and took time with me and my brother to ensure our sandwiches were perfect!Vegetarian options: Build your own sandwich put what you like on thereDietary restrictions: You can put what you like on your sandwich so it's your choice.

Bosses, your young team desperately needs training if it is to be left unsupervised. I called in yesterday afternoon to pick-up a subway for my daughter. The place was deserted and everyone was in a little kitchen right next to the counter but out of sight. One girl was in the midst of telling an exciting story. It was so gripping that they had to continue despite the inconvenience of my appearance. After a few moments, the young lady edged into sight and began putting on gloves. At no point did she greet me or make eye contact, she simply carried on with her story. Clearly embarrassed, her female colleague said "why don't you just get on and make the lady her sandwich". The first girl, asked me what I wanted, as soon as she has ascertained and grabbed the bread, she continued once again with her story and the two of them were once again engrossed. The second stopped the dialogue for a second to ask me what salad I wanted and she proceeded to add it whilst still in full-blow conversation with girl number 1. I'm sure they are lovely, harmless girls but this is not a youth club. Basic customer service rules or NEVER EVER having a personal conversation in front of a customer and arguably even more basic, greeting people and keeping eye contact need to be taught.

Feel depressed every time I go in here the staff are so miserable. The prices they charge a simple smile or an hello would not go a miss totally all look so down. Try phillpots up the road much nicer environment to be served. Cheaper also . Maybe some staff training. ????However the girl who is manager is the worst one so as the saying goes lead by example your staff may cheer up be a while before I would go back in.

Been a few times to this branch, however this will be the last. Extremely rude staff with bad attitude on more than one visit.Staff look like they don?t want to be there. Asked for a little bit of extra lettuce and was point blank refused.

Great clean place with superb staff and good food. Hand sanitizers. Topped up which is more than many motorway service have.
