Having had enough of shopping in the centre of Shrewsbury it was time for a brew. Now, I'm not that familiar with Starbucks and mostly go to Costa or an independent, this Starbucks was well positioned right in the square, the Christmas market was quite busy.
I ordered 2 large tea's......what I got was two huge mugs of tea that had 2 tea bags in each.....and wait for it....milk already in the mug, people have been birched for less. What I really expected was tea, in a pot milk on the side. I suppose they really concentrate on coffee, but come on, it's not difficult to get a brew right. If visiting again I'll stick with coffee, or better still go to an independent for a decent brew.

Coffee is great, unfortunately the coffee shop itself is dirty almost all of the time and never seems to be cleaned. Considering the price of the coffee, you?d expect a little more.

I was served by Bill who has always been polite and friendly and my delicious drink was made by Hattie who made it very quick despite it being very busy and a few orders in front of mine.
